The room felt clean with comfy beds and nice towels. Free parking was a big plus, and the nearby supermarket made it easy to grab snacks. the bathroom left something to be desired. The shower temperature was hard to manage, and there was no suitable holder for it, which made showering a chore. The lack of a lift was frustrating since we were offered a tired disabled room that needed maintenance. I appreciated the helpful receptionists, but the overall tired appearance of the facilities felt off-putting. For the price, I expected more attention to comfort.
